House rules

These house rules are to ensure the safety, rest and hygiene within Waer Waters. In order to be able to guarantee all of our visitors a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following. Every guest in our resort is deemed to have read the house rules.


General House Rules

These House Rules (referred as "General House Rules") are to ensure the safety, rest and hygiene when visiting all the facilities of Waer Waters. In order to be able to guarantee all of our visitors a pleasant stay, we ask each visitor friendly to read the General House Rules carefully. Any person who is a guest in one of our facilities is deemed to have read the General House rules prior to each visit.

  • The General House rules apply to all facilities of Waer Waters. House Rules specifically provide for a specific facility and differ from the General House Rules, take precedence over the provisions of the General House Rules.
  • Anyone who uses our facilities agreed with our General House Rules.
  • Register at the reception of Waer Waters is mandatory. To be able to guarantee security within Waer Waters are all registered visitors via ID (email ID). Without identity card a visitor cannot make use of the facilities.
  • In order to guarantee the security, peace and order and to prevent unwanted behavior Waer Waters makes use of camera surveillance. The visitor is alerted to this when entering the Waer Waters facilities.
  • Visitors are considered to enter the facilities of Waer Waters with proper footwear (for example, without gravel of the tennis courts).
  • Animals are not allowed on the grounds and in the facilities of Waer Waters.
  • Indications of the staff at Waer Water must always be followed.
  • It is forbidden to bring your own food and drinks.
  • Please consume alcohol in moderation. Waer Waters has the right to refuse the sale of alcohol. Waer Waters refuses to serve alcohol to minors.
  • In the buildings and grounds of Waer Waters is a smoking ban. For smokers is a specific smoking corner.
  • Waer Waters advises its visitors always to store valuables in the lockers. Every visitor is personally responsible for his personal belongings.
  • In order to ensure the peace and relaxation of all visitors, silence is requested during the use of our facilities.
  • We ask that everyone respect for all visitors and to refrain from aggressive or racist behavior, unwanted or desired harassment, insults or physical violence. Visitors who do not keep, serve on the first request from Waer Water facilities to leave immediately, without any form of compensation or damages.
  • As a security best practice, we can refuse payment with large-denomination cash money.
  • We reserve the right to correct incorrect information provided on the website (www.waerwaters.com), leaflets or advertising, both before and after a visit, registration or reservation.
  • Waer Waters is not responsible towards its visitors for accidents that occur in and around the buildings of Waer Waters, as on the parking lot.
  • Before the access to the facilities, Waer Waters can have additional requirements regarding the personal hygiene and attire of the visitor. Taking care of personal hygiene (for example, brushing your teeth, shaving, hair colors, etc.) is not permitted in the facilities of Waer Waters.

Wellness House Rules

In order to be able to guarantee all of our visitors a pleasant stay, we ask each visitor friendly to read the Wellness House Rules carefully. Any person who is a guest in the wellness complex of Waer Waters is deemed to have read the Wellness House Rules and General House Rules prior to each visit. Anyone who visits the wellness complex agreed with the Wellness House Rules and General House Rules.

  • Everyone from the age of 16 is welcome in the wellness complex. Minors must when visiting the Spa be accompanied by an adult.
  • Groups over 6 persons are not admitted.
  • Each visitor must register at the front desk of Waer Waters prior to his wrist tape available. Then the visitor must sign up in the wellness complex.
  • The access to the wellness complex is done through the automatical turnstile. It is forbidden for the visitor to pass his wrist band to a third party so that they can provide the access to the wellness area. Waer Waters always reserves the right to refuse people access to the wellness complex.
  • If you have heart problems, are pregnant or suffering from diseases, including disorders to other, we kindly ask you at the reception of Waer Waters a doctor's proof that demonstrates that the use of the wellness complex is not problematic for such disorders.

Hygiene

  • Wearing swimming costumes is mandatory in the wellness complex, with the exception of the nude zone. For men is a short, ' tight ' swim shorts required. ' Loose ' swimming shorts are not allowed. Ladies a bikini or swimsuit without closed neckline, sleeves and/or pipes. Strings and monokini are not allowed.
  • Enter the wellness complex with shoes, boots or other footwear is prohibited. Wearing non-slip bath slippers is required to move in the wellness complex. Saunas and baths you enter barefoot.
  • Always wear a bathrobe when you are in the wellness complex and the garden. In the lounge and rest areas is a bathrobe mandatory. Please leave your bath towels at the swimming pool and not in the lounge.
  • Bathrobes and towels are for rent at the wellnessdesk. Slippers are for sale, but own slippers are allowed. In the case of loss of rented towels charged compensation: bathrobe and bath towel € 50 -  € 25.
  • Every visitor is considered to clean his/her body thoroughly in the available spaces, before entering the spa and make use of the spa facilities.
  • Showering is required before taking baths, saunas or steam bath. Showering after using a hot area is mandatory before bathing.
  • After using the toilet, visitors are kindly requested to wash their hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
  • For everyone's hygiene it is obligatory in the saunas and the foot bath to sit on a towel with the entire body.
  • Drink and eat is only allowed in the Lounge Bar, The Lodge and on the terrace (not in wet areas). It is forbidden to bring your own drinks and food in the wellness complex.

Use of the wellness

  • Every visitor gets during the stay a wrist strap to close his/her locker and that all activities be registered. It is mandatory to wear the strap to stay. In the case of loss of the wristband will be charged an amount of € 5.
  • The use of mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, cameras and laptops in the wellness complex is prohibited. Taking pictures or audio recordings in the wellness complex (Visual) is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to get in the wellness complex with weapons, knives, chemical substances or other products.
  • Chairs and sun beds occupied without using them is not allowed.
  • Personal items should be left in the dressing table. The use of carrier bags is not allowed in the wellness complex. On your request we propose a Waer Waters bag.
  • For fire safety, it is strictly prohibited to carry out itself aufguss sessions in the sauna. A potting is only permitted by employees of Waer Waters. Put no towels or other textiles to dry in the sauna.
  • For your safety it is prohibited by storm (lightning) to enter the outdoor pools and indoor swimming pools with connection to outside.
  • Jumping and diving in the pools is prohibited. Walk on wet surfaces is dangerous and therefore not allowed.
  • Just before or during your sauna visit is forbidden to anesthetic, analgesic or recreational drugs to use.

Fitness House Roules

The Fitness House rules aim to safety, rest and hygiene when visiting the fitness of Waer Waters. In order to be able to guarantee all of our visitors a pleasant use, we ask that every visitor to the Fitness House Rules carefully. Any person who is a guest in the fitness of Waer Waters is deemed to have read the Fitness House Rules and General House Rules prior to each visit. Anyone who visits the fitness agreed with the Fitness House Rules and General House Rules.

General

  • The minimum age to use our fitness and participate in our group lessons is 16 years. Our fitness and group lessons are exclusively reserved for active participants.
  • Each visitor must register at the front desk of Waer Waters prior to his wrist tape available. Then the visitor must sign up in the wellness complex.
  • The access to the fitness area is done through the automatical turnstile. It is forbidden for the visitor to pass his wrist band to a third party so that they can provide the access to the fitness. Waer Waters always reserves the right to refuse people access to the fitness.

Hygiene and nutricion

  • Wearing correct sports clothing is mandatory, especially custom and clean sports shoes, athletic socks, a tidy shorts or sweatpants and a clean t-shirt or sweatshirt.
  • Because of hygienic reasons, it is obligatory to place a protective towel on the equipment during its use. Towels can be hired if necessary.
  • For your personal comfort and out of respect for other visitors we ask you to clean for the equipment after each use using the appropriate sprays and paper.
  • Please throw your garbage in the trash cans.
  • Only sports drinks are allowed in the gym. The use of glass bottles is prohibited. Please plastic bottles (or drinking bottles). It is forbidden to consume or to bring alcohol, or any other illegal substance in the fitness centre.
  • It is forbidden to eat or bring food in the gym (with the exception of sports bars).

Use of the fitness

  • Anyone who wants to use the fitness centre will be physically evaluated and given a presentation of equipment by a member of the sports team. To persons who so wish can there be a personalised training programme.
  • Participation in the group classes is based on a specific schedule. This schedule can be accessed on our website (www.waerwaters.com) and is updated daily. Check this schedule always before your visit.
  • Indications of the staff must always be followed.
  • Please use the devices no longer than necessary to keep occupied and leave at the end of your exercises.
  • All material must be disposed of after use on the places provided for that purpose.
  • It is forbidden to use the devices in a different way than their original intention. The use of the gym and fitness equipment is at your own responsibility of the user.
  • Please treat the other visitors with respect, and to treat them in any way rude or insulting.
  • Personal items should be left in the lockers. The use of the lockers in the changing rooms is temporary. They must be locked. Please empty your locker when you leave Waer Waters.
  • The use of mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, cameras and laptops in the fitness center is prohibited. Taking pictures or audio recordings in the gym (Visual) is prohibited.
  • Audio equipment are allowed if equipped with headsets.

Reservations

  • Each new visitor gets a tour of the fitness and explanation of the fitness equipment.
  • Make an appointment, either at the reception of Waer Waters either in the gym, is mandatory. Please warn us in time if you are prevented. Waer Waters has the right to charge every appointment that was not cancelled in time.
  • The number of places for the group classes is limited and only available to members or WWC-card holders. It is mandatory to make a reservation online via the website www.waerwaters.com or at the reception if you wish to participate in one of our sessions.
  • In case of foreclosure, we ask you to cancel your visit at the reception of Waer Waters, accessible via the telephone number 02/467.08.08.
