Job Description

• You are the driving force behind our software portfolio: you carefully maintain and update the existing software portfolio. In addition, you guarantee the functionality and security of our client's software solutions.
• You work closely with other colleagues to understand and fulfill software needs.
• You select and implement new software solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Users can count on you for support and training so that everyone can get up and running efficiently.
• You coordinate projects like a true team player, making sure everything stays within scope, schedule and budget.

Profile

• You have knowledge and interest in various software packages and systems.
• You have experience selecting and integrating software solutions within complex enterprise architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and able to research and solve challenges independently.
• Digital expertise: You have extensive knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams / Sharepoint / Power platform). You have knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
• Analytical and solution-oriented: You see challenges as opportunities and know how to solve technical and functional problems quickly.
• Strong communication skills: Whether it concerns a colleague or an end user, you know how to get your message across clearly.
• Proactive and flexible: You think ahead, take initiative and help others smoothly through changes.
• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, with good communication skills in both languages.

Job-related competencies

• Analyze technical and functional problems.
• Corrective actions, technical adjustments, ... proposals
• Define and implement phases and procedures of technical and functional testing of IT programs and applications (planning, validation, etc.)
• Analyze functional needs of the company
• Determine the technical characteristics of the product according to the specifications
