AED

The AED is located on the ground floor in restaurant O’bergine. 

Air-Conditioning and Heating

All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Use the wall-mounted controller to adjust the air conditioning. If you need help or if you have any questions about the system, please contact our reception for help. Keep windows and doors closed to keep the system in operation.

Bar

Our attractive hotel bar is open daily from 6 PM until 12 AM at the latest. You will find the hotel bar in the lobby next to the reception (Hast Dining). 

 

 

Bath linen and towels

Towels are at your disposal in the room for your convenience. Please note that towels and bathrobes are not changed systematically every day to minimise our environmental impact. If you want to change your towel, put it on the floor. If you want a new bathrobe, you can ask reception. 

Beautysalon

Get the full treatment and let your mind unwind. Entrust your body to our competent massage therapists and choose from a wide range of body treatments. The beauty salon is located on the 2nd floor. Reservations can be made at the reception (telephone number: 9).

Breakfast

For breakfast, there are two concepts:

  1. You can choose to have breakfast, in bathrobe, in our wellness food concept O'bergine.
  2. At Hast Dining (next to reception), you may dress up for the morning buffet. 

Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 7 AM - 10:30 AM & Sat-Sun: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM.

Breakfast is always included in the room price. Breakfast is also available without overnight stay at €29,-pp.

Breakfast Room Service

It is possible to have breakfast delivered in your room between 7:30 AM and 11 AM. You pay € 10 room service surcharge for this. To order room service breakfast, please fill in the breakfast card and hang it on your door handle before 11:30 PM the night before.

Check-in

Your hotel room will be ready for you from 4 PM.

Check-out

You should check out before 11 AM. If you wish to use your room for longer, this is possible for an extra charge of €40, up to a maximum of 1 PM. This option can be arranged through reception (telephone number: 9). 

Comments

Any complaints or comments can be made at the reception. They will pass these on to the manager on duty. Or directly by mail: management@waerwaters.com.

Disabled toilet/ changing room

The hotel has a disabled toilet in Hast Dining (next to the reception). Disabled toilets and changing rooms are also available in the changing rooms.

Do not disturb

In order to respect your privacy and not to disturb you, or if you want your room to be cleaned, hang the ‘don’t disturb’ or ‘please clear my room’ sign on the outer handle of your door. We cannot guarantee cleaning after 2 PM.

The mains voltage is 220V. Travel adapters are available at the reception.

Emergency exit

All emergency exits are clearly marked in the corridors and equipped with emergency lighting. Also look at the map on the inside of your room door to see where the nearest emergency exit is located.

Fire

  • Whatever happens, keep calm.
  • Report the fire directly to the reception via your phone, number 9.
  • On the map on your room door the escape routes are indicated.
  • Leave your room, close the door.
  • Do not use the lift under any circumstances.
  • In the event of a general smoke alarm, leave the building as soon as possible via the emergency exits and report to the car park.

Group lessons

More than 60 group lessons are organised every week. The program can be consulted at the reception or on our website. Reservations are required and can be done at the reception. 

Gym

Waer Waters has 1200m² of sports divided into different zones. The gym can be reached through the changing rooms. In addition, we also offer more than 60 group lessons every week. Reservations for these lessons are required and can be done at the reception.

Housekeeping

If you have any questions or remarks about housekeeping, please contact the reception. Linen is changed every three days. If you would like to make use of the linen change earlier, please inform the reception (telephone number: 9).

Internet

Free wireless internet is available throughout the building. The network name is ‘waerwaters guests’. The password is ‘waerwaters’.

Laundry and ironing service

A laundry service is available in the hotel from Monday to Friday. You can put your clothes in the laundry bag. If you give it to the reception before 9 AM, it will be returned the same day. Management is not liable for the loss of or damage to returned garments.

Lost and found service

You can contact the reception for lost and/or found objects (telephone number: 9).

Luggage

If you arrive before 4 PM or wish to extend your time at the wellness and gym facilities after check-out, a luggage service is available at reception. You can leave your luggage at the reception in a secure luggage storage.

Each room has a fridge. Here you will find several drinks offered to you for free. Other drinks can be ordered via Room Service for a fee.

Room key/wristband

The room is opened with a wristband. This wristband also gives you access to other facilities if they are included in your package. Also, all consumptions will be recorded on this wristband. So it’s important to keep this wristband on at all times.

Safe

Each room and suite has a safe in which you can store your valuables. To close the safe, enter a personal 4-digit code and press ‘#’. When the safe is closed, enter the same code to open it. Please leave the safe door open on departure. The management does not accept any liability for the loss or theft of valuables.

Smoking

Waer Waters is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. It is only allowed at the entrance of the hotel, on the terrace of the restaurant, the terrace of the bar and the smoking areas in the wellness. If we find that smoking takes place in other places, we are obliged to charge a cleaning fee of € 250,00. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking, the travel costs of the fire brigade of € 275,00 will be charged to you.

If you wish to be awakened, you can contact our reception (telephone: 9) between 7:30 AM and 11:30 PM so that 
you can be automatically awakened.

Wellness

Waer Waters has 12,000m² of wellness area divided into a nude and dressed area. The dressed part is divided into a unite part (talking allowed) and a zen part (total silence). The wellness centre is open every day from10 AM - 11 PM.
