House rules

In the regulations below you will find the most important house rules that apply within our hotel. We ask you to respect and accept these rules.

General rules

All instructions from hotel staff relating to house rules must be followed.

 

• In case of fire, stay calm. Report a fire at the reception desk via number 9 and/or enter the nearest fire alarm. 

 

• In case of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

 

• Do not use the elevator under any circomstances in case of fire.

 

• There are camera's at various places in the building. Everyone in our hotel agrees to make recordings. 

 

• In case of incidents, these recordings can be shown as supporting material to the police.

 

• Lost & found must be handed in at the reception.

 

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.

 

• Waer Waters cannot be held responsible for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

 

• For reasons of hygiene, the room should be cleaned once every three days. If you do not wish to be disturbed during the day, please contact the reception for an alternative cleaning moment. 

 

• The storage of your luggage in our back-office / reception office is possible in consultation with the reception. We are not responsible for theft or damage.

 

• Due to the identification requirement, you must be able to show a valid identification of all persons staying at the hotel at the time of check-in.

It is not allowed to:

• Use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits (except at reception after 00h00).

 

• Take property from the hotel outside the building. In the event of deliberate damage to the hotel's property, the hotel may be held responsible for the cost of repair and/or renewal.

 

• Consume, use, trade or carry narcotics.

 

• Cause nuisance to others by means of loud music, unsympathetic behaviour or by noise of any kind.

 

• Smoke throughout the building. If we find that smoking takes place we are obliged to charge a cleaning fee of € 250,00. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking, the transportation costs of the fire department of € 275,00 will be charged to you.

 

• It is absolutely forbidden to light candles or incense in the rooms because of the fire alarm and the risk of fire. The security system is activated immediately.

 

• Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Ask at the reception if your decoration is allowed. Additional cleaning costs or technical defects as a result of this will be charged to the guest.

 

• In the event of damage, loss or destruction of the hotel's property, you will be immediately removed, held responsible and /or reported to the police.

 

 

In all cases not covered by these regulations, the Waer Waters management shall decide.
