Breakfast in the room

To order room service breakfast, you need to fill in the breakfast card and hang it on your door handle before 11:30 PM the night before.
Laundry service
A laundry and ironing service is available at the hotel from Monday to Friday. You can deposit your clothes in the laundry bag. If you hand it over to the reception before 9 AM, it will be handed back the same day. Waer Waters is not responsible for loss of or damage to items of clothing that have been returned.

Turndown service
Waer Waters Hotel**** values the small things that put a smile on your face. We like to make your bedroom ready for the night, so that you have nothing else to do but relax. From closing your curtains and turning on mood lighting to replenishing your bath and shower items and adding a cookie or chocolate to your bed.

Pillow service
Our rooms are standard furnished with duvets and pillows in Tencel. No down, no wool, but a Tencel duvet. Tencel duvets are the first duvets with a filling of 100% eucalyptus wood (Tencel). A duvet made of Tencel is 100% vegetable. The high moisture absorption and rapid evaporation of a Tencel duvet provides optimal sleeping comfort, even with high temperature fluctuations. The Tencel duvet breathes simultaneously with the sleeper and provides a constant pleasant sleeping climate. Always feels dry, perspiration is no longer noticeable. And not only that: a Tencel duvet feels great. It is soft as silk, cool as linen, comfortable and warm as wool and strong as cotton. If you prefer a different material, we have the following options for you:
Down pillow
Down is a very soft and light material. Gold (70% goose down/30% feathers).
Latex pillow
Latex is a point-elastic material that hardly loses its volume. Latex pillows retain their shape throughout the night, they are supple, soft and comfortable to the touch.
Memory foam pillow
The temperature-sensitive subtance used in the TEMPUR pillows reacts to your body temperature, becoming softer and softer with time. This effect allows the material to form to the natural shapes of your head and neck and provides optimal comfort and support. This will allow you to enjoy a relaxed night's sleep.
Synthetic pillow
If you have a house dust mite allergy, it is best to choose a synthetic pillow. A synthetic pillow is comfortable and has a polyester fibre filling so that it can be completely washed up to a temperature of 60°.
Pillow made of Egyptian cotton
Egyptian cotton is known for its exceptional softness and durability. Pillows made from this material feel luxurious and supple, while being breathable and moisture regulating. Thanks to its long fibers, the fabric remains strong and the pillows retain their quality night after night.
Duvet in goose down
Down is a purely natural product, a product that is increasngly used. Feathers and down are a completely ecological, environmentally friendly and recyclable natural product.
Synthetic duvet
Synthetic fillings such as dacron or polyester are recommended for people with allergies.
Duvet in Egyptian cotton
Egyptian cotton is a natural and luxurious material, characterized by its long, strong fibers. This makes for a wonderfully soft and breathable comforter that optimally regulates moisture and creates a pleasant sleeping climate. Thanks to the sustainable and environmentally friendly properties of Egyptian cotton, you enjoy ecologically responsible and comfortable sleeping comfort.
