Wellness employee

Job description

You are responsible for the appearance and functioning of the entire Wellness section and you are responsible for various pouring sessions.

This includes: 

• Smooth organization and pleasant atmosphere guarantee for all guests: Guided tours, an eye for the customer and having our house rules respected. You provide customer-oriented information to ensure that the water section runs as smoothly as possible.
• Technical part: daily checking of all Wellness facilities for technical functioning
• You are responsible for order and tidiness in the wellness before opening time control of the rooms, ensuring sufficient products / wellness supplies.
• You make the necessary adjustments to the team responsible and record the things that do not meet our quality requirements.
• You have a passion for sauna and wellbeing. If the aufguss world is new to you, but you are wildly enthusiastic about learning this, then you are also eligible.

Profile

• You are a smooth personality who thinks and reacts in a very customer-oriented way. A well-groomed appearance is obvious
• You are accurate with an eye for detail
• You can inspire people and remain calm, even in difficult situations. You can avoid difficult situations.
• You are a real team player, but you also take responsibility independently to complete your daily tasks
• You have a good knowledge of NL / FR
• You have a higher secondary education diploma (or equivalent through experience)
